I am excited to be able to share with you my experience that I have developed over 21 years , from starting out Window dressing and training to be a Interior Deco Stylist , I knew from that moment I had found something I loved. Creating Visual Displays to capture attention by consumers and meeting amazing creative people along the way, no day was ever the same, and still isnt !
From my first role based from my 16 windows in Milton Keynes,
I then started to travel, to support other stores and complete store openings and operations.
Moving Brands after 5 years , I was then an Area Creative, enjoying new seasons , Teams and stores and virtually keeping connected with my Area , I stepped into training new talent and coaching and mentoring other creatives , this was so rewarding. During this time my travel continued to grow and spent lots of time around the UK cities and in UK headoffice role, however stepped across to working on a very exciting project in Singapore for some time.
Making a shift from Fashion , I took the role as Regional Visual Manager in Homes and Interiors which I loved , building concepts , roomsets and enviroments it was another role I was blessed to have , again with a beautiful team based from London HQ , but travelling.
In 2011 I left the Home Interior world and lept into the fast lane of Sport , working with the Globes biggest Sports Brand , from the beginning including the 2012 Olmpics and continued through my ten years with them , I moved from Global Flagship Visual Lead , to Terrirory Lead, then even onto EMEA Brand Manager , working with the companies account partners and Matrix of internal senior teams , it was simply awesome.
Most recently I have submersed myself into the Digital Marketing world with the UKs Biggest online Fashion retailer , and covering a short contract that has been such an insightful and interesting experience, as Senior Partnerships Manager for Sneakers.
I now feel with my experience over the years , I can offer a very strong and seasoned viarety of experience to support businesses as a freelance marketeer and consultant. Exciting to be set up from my new home office , with the confidence to travel , as me.... Katy Cockerill . aka KFC x
